What you can and can’t eat with acne

A study in the united states showed that women who drank more than two glasses of milk in a week had 44% more chance to suffer from acne compared to women who drank 1 glass or less of milk in a week.
It is recommended to avoid from large amounts of vitamin b6 and b12 because it was shown that they can also cause acne to worsen.
What is ALLOWED to eat:
Its is recommended to eat more fish ( salmon, tuna, sardines ). Those fish contain omega 3 which likely to help both the skin and to the general health (you can also take capsules that contain omega 3).
Is recommended to drink a lot of water, you should drink two glasses at the beginning of the day and then at least 8 more glasses during the day.
